我们正在寻找渴望在仓储物流领域大展宏图的未来领袖！ 纵腾集团管培生项目是一个为期 12 个月的加速培养计划，旨在通过跨国轮岗和系统化培训，将您培养为具备国际视野的物流管理专家。

您的成长路径 (Your Journey) 我们将通过三个阶段，助您从校园新秀蜕变为管理精英：

1. 蜕变期 (孵化阶段 - 3个月)： 深入业务一线，完成从校园人到职场人的华丽转身，建立对物流运营的全面认知。

2. 展翅期 (成长阶段 - 3个月)： 深耕专业领域，掌握核心技能，成为高绩效的业务骨干。

3. 起航期 (管理阶段 - 6个月)： 学习团队管理技巧，参与运营决策，定岗为基层管理人员 (如 Team Leader/Supervisor)。

核心亮点

跨国轮岗体验 您将获得难得的国际化工作经历（根据实际运营安排）：

• 意大利站 (约2个月)： 在意大利核心仓储中心进行全流程轮岗。

• 德国站 (约2个月)： 前往德国仓储中心交流学习，体验欧洲仓储物流的高效运作。

• 全景视角： 您将轮转于入库、库存管理、出库等核心环节，不仅是操作，更是为了理解背后的管理逻辑与系统优化。

岗位职责

• 轮岗学习： 深入仓库各业务模块（入库、上架、拣货、包装、出库），掌握标准化作业流程 。

• 运营支持： 协助团队达成日常KPI，确保仓库高效、安全运转。

• 流程优化： 像顾问一样思考，利用数据和系统（WMS）发现痛点，提出持续改进建议。

• 团队协作： 参与跨部门项目，完成上级交付的挑战性任务。

任职要求

• 教育背景： 本科及以上学历，物流、供应链、工商管理等相关专业优先（同时也欢迎对物流充满热情的其他专业人才）。

• 语言能力： 英语可作为工作语言；意大利语或德语流利者将是巨大的加分项！

• 软性素质：

• 具备“实干家”精神，愿意从基层做起，但也具备“管理者”的全局思维。

The Program

Are you ready to fast-track your career in the booming e-commerce logistics industry? The Zongteng Management Trainee Program is a 12-month accelerated development journey designed to mold high-potential graduates into future leaders with a global vision and solid operational expertise.

Your Growth Journey

You will undergo a systematic training plan divided into three phases:

Incubation Phase (0-3 Months): Transition from an academic mindset to a professional one. You will dive into front-line operations to understand the core of our business.

Expansion Phase (3-6 Months): Master professional skills and operational knowledge. You will grow into a high-performing key contributor within the team.

Take-off Phase (6-12 Months): Develop leadership skills. You will learn to manage teams and projects, preparing to step into a Junior Management / Team Leader role.

Program Highlight

Cross-Border Rotation Broaden your horizons with our unique international rotation plan:

• Italy Station (~2 months): Deep dive into core warehousing operations in our Italian hub.

• Germany Station (~2 months): Gain exposure to the European warehouse center in Germany to understand different operational models.

• Note: You will rotate through different functions to gain a holistic view of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Rotational Learning: Gain hands-on experience in key warehouse functions (Inbound, Outbound, Picking, Packing, Outbound) to master Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Operational Support: Assist the management team in daily operations to ensure KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met efficiently and safely.

Process Improvement: Learn to use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and analyze data to identify bottlenecks. Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional projects and complete tasks assigned by mentors and supervisors.

Who We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration are preferred (but passion matters most!).

Language: English is mandatory as a working language. Proficiency in Italian or German is a strong plus.
