Education Consultant (5-8 Years of Experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Education Consultant to provide comprehensive study-abroad planning and application services to students and families. Candidates should be familiar with the application standards of universities in Commonwealth countries (such as Singapore, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, and more) and the application procedures of private universities in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized study abroad advice based on students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
• Guide students through the application process for universities in Commonwealth countries (including undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs), such as program selection, drafting application documents, submission of materials and more.
• Be knowledgeable about application standards for private universities in Singapore (e.g., MDIS, PSB Academy) and assist students in completing their applications.
• Monitor and analyze the latest study abroad policies, visa requirements, and international education trends.
• Maintain strong partnerships with overseas universities and local educational institutions to ensure high-quality services for students.
• Assist students in preparing for university interviews and provide guidance for language exams such as IELTS and TOEFL.
• Help students resolve potential issues during the application process and offer additional services such as visa applications and pre-departure guidance.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in the education industry, familiar with the application procedures and policies of Commonwealth countries and private universities in Singapore.
• In-depth understanding of various education systems, university rankings, and admission standards in different countries.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, capable of drafting and reviewing high-quality application documents.
• Excellent communication and client service skills to provide clear and accurate guidance for students and parents.
• A team player with the ability to work independently to accomplish tasks efficiently.
• Passionate about the education industry, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve work methods.
