Global leader in the hybrid packaging sector with strong growth in the EMEA region and an established worldwide presence, as part of its digital roadmap is investing in strategic data analysis projects to support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. The initiatives aim to optimize critical decision-making and processes through advanced analytics, demand planning and forecasting tools, predictive algorithms, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence to enhance the supply chain, replenishment, and global operations.

Job Description Summary:
The selected candidate will join the EMEA IT Data & Analytics team and play a key role in developing and implementing advanced analytics tools and digital solutions for demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment. He/She will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive the evolution of data-driven processes, implementing innovative tools and contributing to the integration of predictive algorithms and AI tools into the supply chain. The ideal candidate has a degree in management engineering (or similar) and at least 4 years of experience in BI and Analytics focusing on Supply Chain Management, preferably gained in product manufacturing or distribution environments.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management engineering or related fields
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in BI and Analytics focusing on Supply Chain Management topics (i.e. demand planning, forecasting, or replenishment)
  • Prior experience in product manufacturing or distribution companies is preferred
  • Knowledge of leading tools for demand planning and supply chain optimization (e.g., O9, Logility, Sedapta)
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel)
  • Knowledge of predictive algorithms applied to operational processes is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, results-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
  • Availability to be on-site in the EMEA headquarters in Milan 3 days a week
