About the role:
The Lyttelton Port Company (LPC) is looking for a super-star administrator to join the Asset Management and Planning team on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly support to the wider team, including being a key part of the successful delivery of the asset management and maintenance workflow process.
About you:
You will be a professional multi-tasker, with an eye for detail who enjoys lending help wherever needed. You'll know your way around the Microsoft Office Suite and be a team player who loves working with many different types of people. You may have an interest in Asset Management in particular, or be someone that just loves to be organised and on top of things.
Skills and experience
- NCEA Level 2 or equivalent on the job experience
- Some prior experience working in an administration position.
- Quick learner
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Experience with M3 or similar ERP systems desired but not required
