Interpress Technologies is recognized as an innovative leader in the food packaging industry. We located in Roberts, WI and continue to grow. We are looking add additional operators to our first production with core hours of 04:45 am - 03:15pm M-Th (four 10 hour shifts).

No Experience Necessary. We will train you. Attendance is important. You will be working a set schedule every week. Your position as a line operator includes unloading and loading cases of product. Loading the machine with supplies, stacking pallets and general product inspection.

Initial communication will be through indeed email, for interview set up.

1. Understand the basic knowledge of operating the machine. Training provided

2. Follow all plant Good Manufacturing Practices. Including wearing hair nets/beard nets and hand washing.

3. Follow all plant safety rules.

a. Report any safety related challenges to shift lead or management.

4. Be able to follow job forms and set up per instructions.

Other Skills:

· Stand for 10 hours shift, up to three hours between breaks.

· Basic math skills to calculate out production quantities.

· Be able to lift up to 40 lbs box overhead while stacking and destacking pallets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
