Graduate GTP/Full-Time Analyst

Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in corporate real estate organization, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Group Corporate Services Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

• join us in the effort to meet UBS’s net zero ambitions for our own operations through environmental and energy awareness trainings, communications, data analysis and quality assurance, biodiversity projects as well as driving sustainable supply chain
• actively engage in global projects and executive meetings through coordinating and managing initiatives that are aligned with the strategic direction.
• analyze ongoing processes to identify areas of development and prepare presentations and documents through collecting materials and information.
• be directly involved in day-to-day project operations, gaining business-specific exposure from professionals with different areas of expertise in In-House Environmental Management and related functions within Group Real Estate and Supply Chain.

You will be working in UBS Group Real Estate and Supply Chain (GRESC) in our Zurich offices. Our function is part of Group Human Resources & Corporate Services within Group Functions and supports UBS by driving UBS’s real estate and PropTech strategy as well as all related services globally (e.g. facility management). We are responsible for driving UBS sustainability strategy for our own operations. We manage the Strategic Delivery Locations globally – comprising UBS and vendor operated delivery sites from which offshored and outsourced services are provided to the rest of UBS. We furthermore are advancing our global procurement strategy and identifying and delivering sourcing opportunities that provide optimal value and drive digitalization through our platforms.

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months preferably related to environmental or energy studies/ engineering or sustainability..
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative (you’re a people person)
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• is flexible, open-minded and motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadline
• has sharp analytical and problem solving skills
• has a structured work style, confident working autonomously
• has excellent German and English (written and oral)

Start date: September 2025

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
