Your role
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) business in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
- experience the day-to-day of a relationship management role, including supporting them in their daily work, preparing for client visits or client events
- learn about Banks as a key client segment and the main opportunities and challenges of servicing this segment
- support the team in strategic projects including consolidating revenue data from partner banks and creating a reporting view of our key Bank relationships
- support the team in identifying opportunities to grow business with Bank clients, and develop an understanding of the UBS offering for banks
- maintain relationships with internal and external clients
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
Your team
Your expertise
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, critical thinking and is a fast learner
- has strong communication skills and the ability to develop relationships, identify client needs and to effectively problem solve
- has a good understanding about how Banks work, key business lines and a high level understanding of the current financial industry challenges / opportunities
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- is fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
