What you'll do

As a Vincents graduate, you’ll be supported to grow - professionally and personally - while building strong connections across the firm.

Through our STEP Graduate Program, you’ll:
Transition confidently from uni into professional life
Learn directly from experienced leaders and specialists
Build technical, commercial and people skills
Connect with your graduate cohort through social and learning experiences
Explore different career paths, including opportunities to rotate across divisions

Who we're looking for

You don’t need to know everything - that’s what the program is for. What matters most is your mindset.

You’ll bring:
A Commerce or Business degree with an Accounting major (final-year or recent graduate)
Curiosity, motivation and a genuine desire to learn
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
A collaborative, team-first approach
Openness to new ideas, feedback and growth
