Role Overview – 2D Animator

As a 2D Animator, you will play a key role in visually translating ideas, concepts, and stories into engaging animated content. Your work will directly support our educational programs, cultural initiatives, marketing campaigns, and digital storytelling efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D animations for educational, cultural, and promotional content
• Develop storyboards, character animations, motion graphics, and visual narratives
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align visuals with messaging
• Animate for social media, websites, presentations, and campaign assets
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines
• Iterate and refine animations based on feedback and project requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Creative individuals with a strong foundation in 2D animation and visual storytelling
• Ability to convert concepts into compelling animated outputs
• High ownership, discipline, and commitment to deadlines
• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers welcome with a strong portfolio or demo reel)
• Willingness to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Important Note

This is a salary-based opportunity with deferred payment after 6 months.
All expectations, timelines, responsibilities, and payout structures will be clearly documented in a legally binding agreement before onboarding.
