2nd & 3rd Shift Cnc Mill Setup/Operator

LH Medical is looking for 2nd & 3rd shift Mill Operators to setup and operate milling machines to manufacture parts to process instructions and within tolerance on drawings provided.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Operate milling machines (Mori Seiki NV5000 & HAAS 5th axis capable)
• Inspect parts being made
• Setup work using vises and various fixtures
• Maintenance and cleaning of machine
• Completes quality system requirements as they pertain to specific job functions
• Qualifications:
• Read, understand and interpret blue prints, part drawings and project related documentation
• Use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, indicators and comparators
• Basic math skills

Experience:

• 1-3 years experience in Milling or machiningBenefit Conditions:
