2nd shift Med Tech pay is $14.25 plus $.50 shift differential, totaling $14.75 per hour

3rd shift Med Tech pay is $14.25 plus $1.00 shift differential, totaling $15.25 per hour

Our Med-Techs ensure a positive relationship with our residents and their families. They do this by:

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments for illness and records in the Medication Administration Record (MAR)
• Administers medications, such as aspirin or antiseptic solution to relieve pain or prevent infection until the patient can receive professional care
• Ensures the residents are needs are met and checks on them during the shift
• Assist in providing personal care assistance to residents as required
• Infection control precautions and practices are utilized with all activities

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED
• Must be State Certified Med Tech
• Must have 80 hour PCA Certificate or CNA
