1. High School Diploma

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Experience in general maintenance of building

4. Experience and knowledge of minor repair on cleaning equipment

5. Ability to work with cleaning chemicals in accordance with established procedures

6. Ability to read and understand mixing instructions on cleaning materials, chemicals, etc.

7. Ability to lift heavy objects safely, work off ladders and scaffolding

8. Must be able to work independently and work well with fellow employees while maintaining good public relations

9. Subject to background/fingerprinting check
