2nd Shift hours

2:00pm--10:00pm 10 Days on 4 Days Off!

$17.50

Responsibilities:

· Accurately scale the correct raw materials for each mix according to the work orders

· Follow the formula perfectly; there is zero margin of error.

· Know when dough is optimally mixed.

o Looking for a thin membrane that maintains some elasticity yet is soft and pliable without being sticky and runny.

· Know how to operate the mixer components.

o Includes bulk scaling materials – water & flour.

o Includes basic operations of the mixer.

· Learn the appropriate ratio of water to ice for varying weather conditions to achieve the target temperature.

· Record all lot numbers on all raw materials for every batch on work orders.

· Maintain a clean & organized work area, including floor, utensils, tables, and equipment.

· Accurately fill out the proper paperwork if/when required, including the inventory control form.

· Work at a pace to always keep the divider full of dough; there should be no gaps in production.

· Record any mistakes on work orders, accordingly, noting any trashed dough, added materials, etc.

· Assist the machine operator any time needed.

· Report any dough issues to the supervisor immediately.

· Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

· Keep your work area and production line clean at all times. Should never have product on the floor.

· Responsible to meet company goals such as: Efficiency, Yield and Fill Rates

· Ensure to follow company safety practices and policies.

· Report any/all food safety and/or quality concerns to your supervisor, QA, or a member of management.

Physical Demands:

· Must be able to work at a pace to keep up with production so the line doesn’t fall behind.

· Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.

· Must be able to lift 10-80 pounds regularly.

Additional Requirements:

· Weekends and overtime may be required.

· Must be able to work as a team.

· Must be able to work in adverse temperature conditions.

· Must be able to read & write.

· English is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
