3D INTERIOR VISUALIZATION ARTIST

Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 2 Days On-Site/Week)

About the Role We are a residential renovation company based in Toronto, looking for a skilled 3D Interior Visualization Artist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a steady stream of 3D interior renders and animations to be used as content across our digital platforms. Please note this is a hybrid role requiring you to work on-site at our Toronto location two days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Visualization: Create 3D models, interior renders, and architectural visualizations of renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
• Content Generation: Produce a consistent, high-volume pipeline of 3D imagery and video content ready for digital publication.
• Video & Animation: Develop dynamic visual assets such as 3D fly-throughs and before-and-after digital transformations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Location: Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area and able to commute to our site/office two days a week.
• 3D Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Enscape.
• Strong Visual Output: A solid portfolio demonstrating the ability to create realistic and appealing interior visualizations.
• Self-Starter Attitude: Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and consistently deliver digital content on schedule.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin Chinese is considered a strong asset for communicating with diverse clientele and team members.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: 18-20 CAD.
• Performance Bonus: An annual bonus based on company performance.
