Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with architects and design teams to understand project goals and produce compelling visual content.
• Create highly realistic 3D models and renderings of interior and exterior architectural environments.
• Develop and maintain an extensive library of textures, materials, lighting setups, and rendering presets.
• Deliver high-quality visual assets for presentations, client pitches, marketing materials, and competitions.
• Produce detailed site plans and landscape renderings as required.
• Incorporate client and team feedback to refine visuals ensuring alignment with design intent.
• Stay updated with the latest visualization software, techniques, and industry trends.
• Mentor junior visualizers and contribute to their professional development and project execution.
