3d Visualizer (Workplace Design & Build / Office Interior Fit Outs)

Your responsibilities but not limited to are stated below:

· As a 3D Visualiser, your primary responsibility will be to develop 3D renders and models to aid the design team both at the pitch stage and during the ongoing projects.

· You will be required to closely work with the design team, understand the project and client’s requirements, be part of the design briefing call/meetings and understand the details of the design that helps you render the visuals at later stages.

· 3D Rendering is a sensitive aspect of any D&B project and is very close to the client's understanding, hence this is a very important aspect in both winning the project and delivering a good project. Your 3D design should capture all the details and services aspects that are true for the site execution and delivery.

· 3D to the actual site is one of the KRA for all designers and this will also be implied for you.

· Using 3D modeling, texture, mapping, and other techniques to create graphics, visual effects, and animations.

· Collaborating with the design team to develop renders, and 3D visuals based on the briefing by the team and attending meetings to discuss ongoing projects

· Understanding the project requirements and conceptualizing creative ideas.

· Creating a visual storyboard that helps the design team with the design pitch.
