As an intern in Supply Chain/ Logistics, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities in various projects as assigned by your supervisor, particularly in Channel Evaluation, Competitive Analysis and Operations:
- Manage daily shipment reports
- Engaging Freight Forwarders & Carriers for any shipment with missing milestones data
- Data analysis for country performance, finding and correcting inconsistent information.
- Identifying trends that create actionable insights that can guide business decisions.
- Sending weekly aging report
- Work with manager for report accuracy improvements
Requirements:
- Undergrads whom are currently pursuing a Degree in Business/ Management/ Supply chain or relevant
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Knowledge in Analyics tool/ SAP
- Good knowledge for Microsoft excel and some experience with data visualization software such as Power BI.
- Analytical and meticulous
- Fluent in communicating report
- Good command of spoken and written English
Working Period: 6 months
Location: 3M Woodlands office ( 100 Woodlands Ave 7 , Singapore )
