• Manage classroom behavior effectively to promote a safe learning atmosphere.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to support their growth.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Foster relationships with students to encourage their social and emotional development.
• Stay current with educational trends and best practices.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field but is not required.
• State certification or licensure as an Elementary School Teacher.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and teaching strategies.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles is preferred.
