Job Title: Academic Counsellor
Location: Vitthal Market Bhopal
Experience: 1–3 years in Edtech Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about available courses, programs, and career options.
- Understand students’ academic background, goals, and interests to recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries effectively.
- Maintain follow-ups with potential leads to ensure enrolment closures.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and counselling sessions as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with the latest academic programs, admission processes, and industry trends.
