Job Title: Academic Counsellor
Location: Vitthal Market Bhopal
Experience: 1–3 years in Edtech Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about available courses, programs, and career options.
Understand students’ academic background, goals, and interests to recommend suitable programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries effectively.
Maintain follow-ups with potential leads to ensure enrolment closures.
Conduct seminars, webinars, and counselling sessions as required.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions in the CRM system.
Stay updated with the latest academic programs, admission processes, and industry trends.
