We Are Hiring – Academic Principal (Mohali)

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site (Work From Office)

The Genius Squad is a growing Ed-Tech platform dedicated to personalized learning through expert-driven one-on-one and group tuition. We believe in strong academic management that ensures quality teaching, student satisfaction, and smooth coordination within our team.
Position: Academic Principal
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee academic management involving teachers, students, and coordinators.
- Create and manage class schedules, timetables, and structures.
- Monitor and ensure classes are conducted smoothly and effectively.
- Provide support in creating presentations, academic plans, and study materials.
- Collaborate with management for strategic academic planning and execution.
- Lead and guide the academic team to maintain high-quality standards.
Work Schedule:
- Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 6 Days Working: Monday to Friday (On-site), Saturday (Work From Home)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Academic Management, preferably in Ed-Tech companies, coaching institutes, or colleges.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle teachers, students, and coordinators.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to create and implement academic strategies effectively.
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
