Position: Academic Principal

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee academic management involving teachers, students, and coordinators.
• Create and manage class schedules, timetables, and structures.
• Monitor and ensure classes are conducted smoothly and effectively.
• Provide support in creating presentations, academic plans, and study materials.
• Collaborate with management for strategic academic planning and execution.
• Lead and guide the academic team to maintain high-quality standards.

Work Schedule:

• Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• 6 Days Working: Monday to Friday (On-site), Saturday (Work From Home)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Academic Management, preferably in Ed-Tech companies, coaching institutes, or colleges.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle teachers, students, and coordinators.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to create and implement academic strategies effectively.

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
