Student Counsellor – Yeloria Global Education Hub

Yeloria Global Education Hub is a growing international education and skill development company that helps students achieve global career success.
Our key programs include Study Abroad, Skillovia (AI & Skill Training), and SPARK (Career & Psychometric Testing).
Position Overview
We are looking for a Student Counsellor who can guide students and parents on educational choices, manage leads, and support admission processes for study abroad and in-house programs.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, empathy, and organization skills who enjoys helping others plan their future.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming student enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Conduct counselling sessions for Study Abroad, Skilloria, and Spark programs.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads to ensure conversions.
- Assist with documentation, university applications, and visa coordination.
- Support marketing and outreach activities like seminars and webinars.
- Provide post-admission support and maintain student relationships.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred in counselling, education consulting, or customer service.
- Languages: English and Malayalam.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
