Position Overview

We are looking for a Student Counsellor who can guide students and parents on educational choices, manage leads, and support admission processes for study abroad and in-house programs.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, empathy, and organization skills who enjoys helping others plan their future.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming student enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Conduct counselling sessions for Study Abroad, Skilloria, and Spark programs.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads to ensure conversions.
• Assist with documentation, university applications, and visa coordination.
• Support marketing and outreach activities like seminars and webinars.
• Provide post-admission support and maintain student relationships.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Experience: 1–3 years preferred in counselling, education consulting, or customer service.
• Languages: English and Malayalam.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
