Job Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource and/or Management
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Education or Recruitment
• Advanced recruitment skills
• Advanced data analysis skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work both remotely and in-person

Characteristics:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Ability to assess and evaluate candidates effectively
• Proficiency with recruitment software and tools

Duties Include:

• Implement and maintain recruitment strategies
• Conduct interviews and assessments
• Build and maintain a candidate database
• Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs
• Manage job postings and recruitment advertising
• Completing Innovators Academic Network Training & Certification (required on-the-job training)
