- Location: Kochi & Calicut (on-site)

- Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Mon-Sat

- Experience: 1 year (preferred) (Freshers are wellcome to Apply)

- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Role Overview:

As an Admission Counsellor/CRO/Academic Counsellor, you'll drive sales growth by connecting with prospective students, understanding their academic needs, and guiding them to the right courses. We're a sales-driven company delivering top-notch courses online and offline. We're looking for enthusiastic team players with a passion for sales and academics to join us. You'll counsel students on program selection, career opportunities, and provide personalized support, contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Convert leads into enrolled students by communicating program benefits, understanding student needs, and addressing concerns.

2. Develop strong relationships with prospective students and families, providing support throughout the admission process.

3. Meet sales targets by engaging with students through calls, emails, and follow-ups.

4. Counsel students on program selection, admission, and career opportunities, tailoring recommendations to their interests and goals.

5. Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture interest and guide enrollment decisions.

6. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

7. Collaborate with marketing, academic departments, and other teams for a seamless student experience.

Skills Needed:

- Bachelor's degree

- Tamil (mandatory), English (proficiency), Malayalam (Optional)

- Sales spirit and target-driven

- Great communication and interpersonal skills

- Team player with a proactive mindset

- Basic understanding of educational products/sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
