Seeking an experienced Fire Alarm, Security and Access Control Technician to join our fast growing company. The candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Fire Alarm installation, service and programming. Also customer focused and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

· Perform preventative maintenance and repair of all systems.

· Perform periodic inspections and testing of fire alarm systems

· Troubleshoot false alarms, ground faults, troubles

· Installation of Fire Alarm devices to include termination and programming. Some knowledge of understanding and troubleshooting Access Control, Security, CCTV are preferred, but not required.

· Provide detailed feedback on deficiencies and necessary repairs

· Present a neat, professional appearance and demeanor

· Maintain high level of service and quality upon which our business has been built

· On-call rotation; occasional travel.

Qualifications/Skills:

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong customer service skills

· Understanding of tablets and documents via applications.

· Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend schematics

· Demonstrated ability to use diagnostic tools such as multi-meters and programmers

· Good driving record, background/drug screening.

· Ability to work as part of a team to achieve the Company’s overall goals

Pay Range: Pay range from $20.00 per hour and up depending on your level of experience and education

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00-$40.00

You will be provided a company vehicle with a company gas card for business use only.

AIT will provide you with a cell phone allowance of $40.00 per month.
