Cashel House Hotel is a multi-award winning Blue Book Country House Hotel set in the picturesque village of Cashel, Connemara, Co. Galway, which is situated 8 miles from Roundstone/Carna, 12 miles from Clifden and 40 miles from Galway City.

The ideal candidates will be friendly with excellent attention to detail. The role is a dual position working in F&B service and Housekeeping.

Ability to commute to work daily required.

This role involves working shifts, the candidate must be available to work mornings and weekend and the occasional evenings. Cashel House Hotel is a seasonal employer and closes In Jan/Feb each year. Accommodation in a self catering house onsite sharing with several other staff.

The role involves the following:

• To ensure the Accommodation Team delivers an excellent guest experience
• To ensure all accommodation and public areas are cleaned & satisfied to the highest standard - training will be provided
• To ensure all rooms are thoroughly checked every day to ensure standards are achieved and maintained
• To ensure the Diningroom and service areas are kept clean and tidy
• To ensure the highest levels of F&B service are upheld serving Breakfast and Dinner
• Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service

The ideal candidates:

• Ability to work well within a team
• Preferred 1-year accommodation/F&B service experience in a similar role
• Will have a good command of the English language
• Some knowledge of hotel operations
• Must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
• Must be flexible and have a 'can do' approach
