We have a vacancy for an Accommodation Assistant/turn down attendant.

Reporting to the Accommodation Supervisor the Accommodation assistant will ensure that all rooms and public areas of the hotel are maintained to 5 star standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To service assigned stayover and departure rooms to a 5 star standard.
• To present yourself in full uniform immaculately clean and tidy.
• To provide a professional standard of service to Guest and Colleagues at all times.
• To keep public areas of the hotel clean as requested by your supervisor
