Accommodation Manager - Shoreline Hotel, Donabate
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Accommodation Manager to join the team at Shoreline Hotel, a charming 35-bedroom coastal property in Donabate, Co. Dublin. Perched on the beach, just 25 minutes from Dublin city centre, this is the perfect role for an experienced Assistant Accommodation Manager ready to step up, or someone seeking a quality-of-life move closer to home on the northside or surrounds.
About the Role:
You'll lead a small, hardworking accommodation team, ensuring the highest standards in cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. You'll work closely with the General Manager and Heads of Department to deliver consistently excellent guest experiences and contribute to smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years' experience in an accommodation supervisor or assistant manager role, ideally in a 3- or 4-star hotel
- Hands-on leader with a sharp eye for detail
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Flexible, organised and guest-focused
- Strong understanding of health, safety and hygiene standards
