The expectations for this job are:

• Perform and manage daily service calls effectively.
• Diagnose technical issues, determine proper solutions and document these processes.
• Conduct light repairs on site.
• Follow Company procedures and protocols.
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
• Maintain good housekeeping at all job sites.
• Build positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment
• Mechanically inclined. Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
• Field service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
