We have an exciting opportunity for a driven professional wanting to further develop their client support career.
As an Account Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer support to our New Zealand clients including our institutional clients, institutional Financial Advisors, investors and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include proactive management of client support tickets via our platform's service management system and collaborating with operational and IT teams to ensure prompt resolution of client requests and system incidents within agreed KPIs. You will also manage client contact received via email and phone.
The responsibilities will include:
  • Timely response and resolution of client support tickets via our service management system.
  • Completion of agreed administrative activities as requested by clients
  • Maintaining platform accounts and users.
  • Responding to customer queries via email and calls.
  • Proactive communication of key information across the client base.
  • Management of the monthly fees and commissions to be paid within set deadlines. Conducting system testing and assurance following system change.
  • Assisting the Client Support Manager, and Account Directors and other internal stakeholders as needed.
What are we looking for in a successful candidate?
  • Ideally you will bring 3+ years of relevant experience in a client service delivery environment, such as customer ticket management or technical phone support etc.
  • Demonstratable experience working with a range of clients where you have offered superior service.
  • Confidence and the ability to take initiative in a client and delivery-focused environment.
  • Independent, self-directing, and customer-focused working style.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet firm deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, administration, and time management skills.
  • A passion for service excellence and being part of a high-performing team.
  • Familiarity with financial services and wealth management products is preferable.
