- Timely response and resolution of client support tickets via our service management system.
- Completion of agreed administrative activities as requested by clients
- Maintaining platform accounts and users.
- Responding to customer queries via email and calls.
- Proactive communication of key information across the client base.
- Management of the monthly fees and commissions to be paid within set deadlines. Conducting system testing and assurance following system change.
- Assisting the Client Support Manager, and Account Directors and other internal stakeholders as needed.
- Ideally you will bring 3+ years of relevant experience in a client service delivery environment, such as customer ticket management or technical phone support etc.
- Demonstratable experience working with a range of clients where you have offered superior service.
- Confidence and the ability to take initiative in a client and delivery-focused environment.
- Independent, self-directing, and customer-focused working style.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet firm deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, administration, and time management skills.
- A passion for service excellence and being part of a high-performing team.
- Familiarity with financial services and wealth management products is preferable.
- A flexible 3/2 model combining working from the office and from home.
