Prosponsive Logistics is a third-party logistics company (3PL) with a focus on building relationships externally with customers and carriers, and internally with our co-workers, tenured and new to the team! Job Description: As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the Account Manager(s) associated with your assigned customers. Individuals in the role need to have strong organizational, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to multitask while performing detail-oriented assignments with precision. Successful Account Coordinators will make an unwavering commitment to approach all situations and opportunities with a Prosponsive® mindset, i.e., proactively communicate with internal team members, our customers, carriers, and anyone else necessary to ensure our Account Managers are positioned to deliver a world-class logistics experience.

Expectations:

Exercise professional phone and email etiquette when communicating with customers, carriers, shippers, and receivers.

Possess the ability to proactively and diplomatically manage communication with internal team members.

Deliver exemplary customer service with a sense of urgency.

Operate in an extremely organized and detail-oriented manner while exhibiting a propensity towards managing tasks and time efficiently.

Core Functions & Responsibilities:

Maintain continual awareness of all unfulfilled customer requests or operational needs, e.g., appointment scheduling, tracking and tracing, or communication updates as directed by the Account Manager.

Build loads or accept load tenders and confirm all pertinent details, appointment times, and load notes are accurate in the TMS system prior to carrier assignment. This may entail providing backup support for other AMs and ACs who are out-of-office or on PTO.

Upload tenders into the load, request PODs from the internal team members and promptly forward PODs to customer contacts.

Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers to confirm the times are entered/updated accurately in Prosponsive’s TMS system and external TMS systems or customer portals, if applicable. Take ownership of internal communication with LCs to confirm the carrier assigned can meet pickup and delivery expectations.

Inform Account Managers and Sales Reps promptly of any scheduling or carrier issues.

Take initiative to ensure every effort is made to provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Participate in process improvement conversations and provide constructive feedback as a member of the customer service team.

Provide input and assist in the creation of customer-specific SOPs.

Document requirements for all shipping and receiving locations utilized by our customers.

Build strong relationships with key contacts to help ensure we consistently exceed customer expectations.

Maintain primary responsibility for adding or updating key contacts and decision makers in Salesforce for all customers, consignors, and consignees.

-- A drive to deeply learn the ins and outs of a transportation brokerage

-- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office products

-- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay:e

$42,500 per year, plus monthly commission

Job Type: Full-time
