Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of negotiation skills, business development acumen, and a deep understanding of B2B sales processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Manage the entire account lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue them through effective negotiation strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies and enhance service offerings.
- Lead presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our value proposition and driving engagement.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Proven experience in business development and B2B sales, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets.
- Familiarity with marketing principles that drive client engagement and retention.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and make informed decisions that benefit client accounts.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective account management.
- Strong leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration within the organization.
