The Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from first conversation and product demo through to close and handover.

This role is focused on leading high‑quality sales engagements: understanding prospect challenges, delivering compelling demos, guiding decision‑makers through a consultative process, and closing deals that create long‑term value for both the client and Webexpenses.

While a portion of your success will come from inbound opportunities, you’ll also be expected to proactively engage new prospects, create conversations, and open doors when required.

We’re looking for sales professionals who enjoy problem‑solving, thrive in front of customers, and take pride in doing sales properly

What you will bring

Essential

  • Proven experienceclosing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Experience guiding customer conversations, with the capability todevelop platform demonstration skills
  • Ability to manage astructured, consultative sales cycleend‑to‑end
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt
  • Willingness tobring ideas to the table, challenge constructively, and contribute
  • Comfort working across teams and taking accountability through all stages of the sale
  • Organised, detail‑focused, and commercially aware
  • Willingness and ability tooutboundto create new opportunities


Nice to haves

  • PreviousB2B sales experience(favouredbut not essential)
  • SaaS or software sales exposure
  • Solution‑selling background
  • Confidence with presentation tools (e.g.Canva)
  • Strong commercial acumen across SMB to enterprise customers
