Account Executive

About This Role

The Account Executive will play a key role in expanding Star Magic Healing’s global reach by driving customer engagement and enrollment across Europe, Asia and the US. In this role, you'll connect with prospects, uncover their unique needs, and guide them to transformative events, training programs, and facilitator opportunities. Collaborating with our diverse, dynamic teams, you will contribute to the growth of a global community committed to healing, empowerment and transformation. The ideal candidate will help drive significant sales growth while nurturing meaningful relationships with clients and fostering team success.

What You’ll Do

Engage and Empower Clients: Build authentic relationships and lead meaningful interactions with prospective clients, deeply understanding their needs and aspirations to deliver solutions that resonate with their mission.

Drive Sales Success: Develop and execute strategies to bring on new clients while cultivating lasting relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Serve as a Trusted Guide: Serve as a knowledgeable advisor, confidently guiding clients through their Star Magic journey and helping them unlock profound transformation and empowerment.

Embody the Star Magic Mission: Be the living embodiment of the Star Magic frequency, inspiring clients through your commitment to healing, transformation, and inner growth, and empowering them to fully embrace their potential and purpose.

Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences and exceptional outcomes.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn from market trends, customer insights, and feedback to innovate and enhance sales strategies and maximize impact in the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience.
  • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to deeply understand the needs of prospects.
  • Ability to communicate solutions effectively to meet clients needs.
  • Confidence, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping people become their best selves.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both internally with teammates and externally with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A natural problem solver with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth in competitive markets.
