About Us:
Box Puppet Entertainment is a creative leader in the entertainment industry, producing innovative content that captivates audiences worldwide. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts professional to join our team and manage day-to-day operations of both our studio and café.
*Key Responsibilities*:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and basic financial reporting.
- Oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of our studio and café, including coordinating schedules, staff, and supplies.
- Assist with scheduling, maintaining office supplies, and other administrative tasks.
- Manage general office upkeep and filing.
*Qualifications*:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.
