Who is 918 Design Company?

We are an apparel decorating company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our services focus on providing on-trend apparel and promotional products to corporate clients, schools, non-profits, and the trades. We are always focused on delivering a great product on time….every time.

Who is our ideal candidate?

You are detail-oriented, organized, and ready for some challenges. You have a flair for problem-solving and your organizational skills and reliability ensure that our clients get what they want, when they want it. You are curious and believe that taking initiative and being proactive leads to quality communication with customers and colleagues. You enjoy creating and maintaining customer relationships, prospecting and qualifying new sales leads. You are also motivated to develop product knowledge to aid current and prospective customers in making decisions for their branded apparel and promotional products needs.

Required skills:

  • Computer skills including Excel. Adobe Suite, Wordpress, SAGE, Printavo, CRM or Inksoft skills are beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Excellent keyboarding skills
  • Excellent grammar and spelling - if you struggle in this area, it will not work out.
  • Positive Attitude and a desire to WOW our customers
  • Ability to work with minimal absenteeism

Candidate will be organized, high capacity, clear communicator, someone who likes variety and is willing to find answers and work under direction, but with significant autonomy. Our ideal candidate can support a handful of people at once, prioritizing the daily workload and keeping everyone apprised of the timeline and progress. No two days are identical, and you must be able to quickly pivot to adjust to changing priorities based on our customers' needs.

Experience in the promotional products, embroidery, screen printing industry, or similar companies is a plus, but not required. You just need to have a passion to learn the industry and be willing and able to take on a multitude of tasks with a great attitude and a desire to learn.

Job Duties

  • Create and maintain customer relationships
  • Develop product knowledge to aid current and prospective customers in making decisions and getting the quality of product they desire.
  • CRM Management
  • Project management - coordinate with other team members to ensure our customers are delivered a quality product in a timely manner.
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule management

Compensation:

  • Base pay of $33000-35000 per year plus incentives based on inside sales and other tasks that help our company grow.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
