Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment collection.
  • Maintain office accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounts/finance role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial record keeping.
  • Good communication and client follow-up skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
