WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Define and execute different strategies to generate new sales opportunities.
• Be the first point of contact for new business prospects, customers and partners.
• Generate leads and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by working under a sales plan.
• Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
• Consultative sales: Identify prospects’ needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Keep the database updated (Salesforce).
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, including speaking opportunities and networking events.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?

• Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin; basic knowledge of Spanish.
• Hunter profile with a proactive approach to engaging prospects, partners, and clients via a diversity of channels such as email or phone.
  
• Proficiency with Office Tools.

• Ideally experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Outreach.

• Familiarity with standard terminology in EdTech.
• Knowledge of basic to mid-level technological concepts related to SaaS software.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
