Account Executive – IT Staffing
Sales and Business Development – Hire, Train, Deploy
We are currently partnering with an IT Services company to find top notch sales talent. The company is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to bridging the gap between talent and opportunity. The client offers a Hire Train Deploy model for IT Staffing which ensures that clients receive excellent, trained professionals who can hit the ground running. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to establish new client relationships in this fast-paced sector.
Job Description: As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients. Your role will involve understanding client needs, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and ensuring successful deployment of trained professionals. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold outreach to new clients. Hunter skillset to win new logos.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
· Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from identifying client requirements to deploying trained professionals.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of training programs and deployments.
· Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
· Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share insights with clients and internal teams.
· Prepare and present reports on account activities, performance metrics, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
· Strong understanding of IT Staffing industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
