About the Role:

• Knowledge various micro-markets & properties: Malls, High-Streets, Mixed-Use.
• Must know MS Office, presentation skill, communication skill
• Responsible for identifying quality Real Estate Supply in the market and help the team with the right kind of supplies.
• Responsible for maintaining the supply database

About You:

• The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proven track record in business development, and a strong commitment to achieving targets.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.
• Graduate or a Post Graduate.
• Work Experience : 2 - 3 years +
• Should be open to travel
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
