Job Description


Position:
Account Management Assistant-CDD

Department: Financial Institutions Department

Job purpose: To meet the account management targets set by the team and department heads.

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Assist in data input in the bank’s systems.
  • Handles all remittance instructions received from clients and prepares the booking and payment instructions related to the bank’s loan and deposit business.
  • Assist in the management of the Authorized Signature lists of the SPV clients next to the BoC Luxembourg Branch and S.A. ones.
  • Co-operates with internal departments, the sub-branches and HO and supports any new business development initiatives.
  • Assist in the marketing and relationship maintenance of Financial Institutions clients.

Qualifications


Profile (Technical Skills):

  • At least 2 years experience in financial institutions related work.
  • A university degree on one of the relevant fields as Economics, Banking, Accounting, Finance or Business.
  • Excellent in English and Chinese (oral & written).
  • Highly organized and detail orientated with a client focus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in handling Corporate and FI client business relationships.
  • Be able to assess credit risk and analyses financial statements.
  • Strong knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with financial markets, macroeconomics.
