Account Manager – Entry-Level Sales (Kansas City, MO)

Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Kansas City, MO
Reports To: Vice President of Sales & Customer Service
Department: Sales
FLSA Status: Exempt
Travel: Some overnight travel required

What You’ll Do

  • Present and Sell: Introduce American Roller’s high-quality products and services to new and existing customers, showing the value we bring to their operations.
  • Prospect & Connect: Actively seek out potential customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Achieve & Exceed Targets: Meet sales goals with the full support of your team at American Roller.
  • Stay Engaged: Regularly follow up with clients to keep them informed of the latest developments and product innovations.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a technical field (internships and co-ops welcome!).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Technical or mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a desire to grow and succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
