Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, making it essential for the Account Manager to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through warm calling and regular communication.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives to expand the client base.
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage client information, and report on performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise post-sale.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in industrial maintenance sales environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- CRM proficient
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully while maintaining positive client relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
- A passion for creating long term relationships
