Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B sales and account management, capable of leading initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and research.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive engagement and sales.

Conduct regular analysis of account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring all aspects of the account are managed effectively.

Communicate regularly with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in closing deals.

Good knowledge of the North American sports market

Excellent analytical skills to assess data and derive actionable insights.

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.

Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams towards common goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
