We are a fast-growing sales and consulting firm in the Harrisburg area, currently hiring a driven and ambitious Account Manager to join our expanding team. The Account Manager role is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in management, marketing, and sales while gaining hands-on experience and structured training from industry professionals.
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily sales operations and leadership development efforts for a top telecommunications client. You’ll actively contribute to executing sales strategies in the field, while also mentoring and guiding junior team members. The Account Manager position offers a clear path for growth, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and take on increasing responsibility as you progress.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
- Represent client products and services in face-to-face interactions, delivering clear information and personalized solutions
- Assist in coaching and developing Junior Representatives to foster a motivated, performance-driven team environment
- Accurately track sales activity and customer interactions to support smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
- Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies to meet client objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and building lasting relationships
Qualifications for the Account Manager:
- Background in sales, customer service, or leadership is a plus
- Previous experience in an Account Manager role is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
