About the Role

Aalekh.ai is looking for an Account Manager to build and manage strong relationships with our customers, including CA firms, Chartered Accountants, SMEs, and finance teams.

The role involves understanding customer requirements, ensuring successful onboarding and product adoption, resolving queries, and identifying opportunities for account growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Conduct product walkthroughs and assist customers with product adoption.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Regularly engage with customers to understand their feedback and requirements.
• Monitor customer usage, satisfaction, and engagement.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer and account information in the CRM.
• Prepare regular account updates and reports.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Relationship Management, B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Financial Services.
• Good understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Customer-focused and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of GST, Tally, accounting software, or SaaS products is an added advantage.
