  • Provide valuable insights – Share customer feedback with Product teams to drive improvements.
  • Forecast and track key metrics – Maintain quarterly account plans and strategies to support business objectives.

Your skills, experience and beyond:

  • Experience in SaaS solutions – Strong understanding of software delivery, maintenance, and support services.
  • Consultative approach – Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
  • Commercial and contractual knowledge – Comfortable working through agreements with legal support.
  • Excellent communication skills – Able to listen, understand, and articulate complex challenges with clarity.
  • Executive-level engagement – Proven experience working with senior business leaders (GM, CEO, CIO, CFO, Dept. Heads, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills – Ability to manage multiple priorities, track issues, and execute account strategies effectively.
  • Team player – Able to collaborate across diverse teams in different regions.

Our benefits:

  • Hybrid work arrangements to support work-life balance.
  • Access to EAP for confidential counselling.
  • Extensive learning resources to develop your skills.
  • Regular social events to promote team bonding.
  • We are recognized as an endorsed employer for women. Learn more about our benefits on WORK180.
