Due to recent international acquisitions, our business has seen good growth and as a result we are now seeking a driven and engaging Account Manager to join our team. This is a key position that will have you managing and truly partnering with a portfolio of our current travel company clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager who wants to engage with their customer; you’ll become a part of their business and provide high quality, market leading advice and value-add service.

Salary: Competitive salary plus super plus annual bonus incentive and more

So, what’s the job?

  • You’ll cultivate strong relationships through managing, supporting, and partnering with your travel company clients
  • You’ll identify and develop commercial growth opportunities within your portfolio
  • You’ll lead strategy by gathering feedback and adjusting plans to exceed client expectations and stay ahead in the market
  • You’ll analyse and share key data insights to set goals and improve performance
  • You’ll create impactful monthly reports and presentations offering clear forecasts and market insights / updates
  • You’ll identify (and deliver) training and other value add services to your travel agent clients
And what are we looking for?

We’re seeking an experienced, personable Account Manager with a passion for people and building stakeholder relationships.

  • You’ll possess amazing personability and interpersonal skills that can be applied to stakeholders of all levels
  • You are confident to present in front of large groups
  • Ideally, you’ll have proven experience in providing market-leading account management. (However, we can teach these skills to the right person)
  • You’ll have a demonstrated ability to develop, implement and manage SLA’s
  • You’ll be comfortable and confident in delivering (and featuring in) a range of marketing materials
  • You’ll ideally have experience in seeking new business opportunities (but don’t worry, that isn’t the primary purpose of this role)
  • You’ll ideally have travel or insurance industry experience
