Description:
What is the role?
As part of our Sales Team, our Account Managers are a vital role in driving and supporting Delta’s growth strategy. This role will be the key contact point for select existing customers and will be part of business development for new client relationships. This person will drive revenue and achieve growth and performance targets.
Help lead and drive new business development.
Develop relationships with new and existing clients to drive sustainable growth.
Oversee delivery of services/products to meet client expectations.
Represent Delta in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform strategy and innovation.
Expedite and manage deliveries to meet production requirements.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to keep them informed of progress.
To be successful in this role you will:
Proven ability to develop strong customer relationships.
Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Technically minded with the ability to quickly absorb and impart technical information.
Friendly, approachable and capable of working autonomously.
1-3+ years sales experience within beauty, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or related fields.
Skills and Experiences:
This is a hands-on role with a mix of tasks that will keep your day varied and interesting. You'll support key business activities and help contribute to commercial decision-making.
